Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. For damaged or incorrect items, you must request a return within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. For all other returns or exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please note that swimsuits and bikini bottoms, cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene concerns.

 

 

Return Eligibility: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

 

Refund Method: For refunds, we offer store credit only.

mail us at customerservice@lemonlords.com to begin the return process. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and arrange for pickup. Please note that there is a ₹150 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the store credit or exchange value. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

 

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately for resolution. To help us process your claim efficiently, please record a video while unpacking the parcel. Start by showing the entire sealed package, then proceed to unpack and inspect the product in the same recording.

 

 

Non- Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items: Bikini Bottoms and Swimsuits are not eligible for return or exchange for health and hygiene standards.

 

 

Exchanges: For faster service, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item. Please note that once an item has been exchanged, it will no longer be eligible for further exchange or return.

 

 

Refunds: Once the return product reaches our warehouse, our team will conduct an inspection after which you will receive an email with the gift card (store credit). Against returns the store credit amount given will be after deducting INR 150 for reverse shipping charges.

 

 

Returns for Express Ship Products: For products shipped via express courier service, returns must be initiated by the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back and covering the return shipping charges. Once we receive the returned product, we will issue store credit.
